A custom CRM, built around how you actually sell.

A CRM made for your company, not a subscription you bend your process to fit. Clients, offers and conversations live in one place, with the stages and fields your team actually uses.

Why the spreadsheet stops working

Sales live in a spreadsheet, conversations in WhatsApp and email, offers in another folder. Ask who should have been called this week and the answer depends on who remembers.

Off-the-shelf CRMs promise to fix that, but arrive with hundreds of fields designed for other companies. Two months in, the team fills three fields out of ten and the rest stay empty.

What we build

We start from your real process: how a prospect comes in, what steps follow, who decides, what happens after signing. We model exactly those steps, with the names your team uses.

The result is a web app your team reaches from the office or from the field, with role-based access, full history per client, and the reports you actually ask for every month.

What a custom CRM includes

  • Sales pipeline

Prospects, offers, statuses and deadlines, visible to the whole team.

  • Client records

Conversation history, contracts, invoices and contacts, on a single record.

  • Automations

Follow-up reminders, emails on status change, alerts when an offer sits too long.

  • Integrations

Invoicing (SmartBill, Oblio), email, WhatsApp, imports from Excel or from other systems.

  • Reports

Conversion per stage, response times, volume per agent. If it matters, it is graphed.

  • Roles & audit

Team roles, change history, export any time. The data stays yours.

Proof, not promises

We use our own CRM daily: an internal system that turns scraped prospects into booked calls, built on Angular, Spring Boot and Postgres. The same stack we propose for yours.

For clients we have shipped private platforms with authentication, roles and internal admin tools, like the Elisara platform.

How we work

  1. Understand the process

One hour on how you sell today. We leave with the list of steps, roles and reports.

  2. Prototype in weeks, not months

You get a working first version early, and we use it to correct course.

  3. Deliver in stages

Visible progress every week. We migrate your data from Excel or from the old CRM.

  4. Maintain after launch

We monitor, fix and extend. Shipping is 40% of the job; the rest is keeping it running cleanly for years.

Frequent questions

What is a custom CRM?
A CRM (customer relationship management) is the system where you track clients and sales. A custom one is built for your company's process, with your fields, stages and reports, instead of bending your company to fit a generic product.
How much does a custom CRM cost?
It depends on the modules and integrations you start with. After the first call you get a fixed quote on a clear feature list, plus the monthly maintenance cost. No per-user subscriptions.
How long does implementation take?
The first working version reaches your team in a few weeks, with the core modules. Extensions ship in stages, with progress visible weekly.
Isn't a ready-made CRM like Zoho or HubSpot simpler?
For many companies it is, and we will say so honestly on the first call if that is your case. Custom makes sense when your process does not fit the templates, when you already pay licenses for unused features, or when you need integrations the ready-made products do not offer.
Can it integrate with invoicing and email?
Yes. We integrate the CRM with SmartBill, Oblio or another invoicing system, with email and calendar, and with Excel imports. If a system has an API, we connect to it.

Tell us how you sell today and what gets in the way. We will tell you honestly whether a custom CRM makes sense for you, or whether a ready-made one is enough.
